Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's everything you need to know about deleting your Mirlo account and what happens to your data.

Delete from within the app

The easiest way to delete your account is directly in the Mirlo app:

  1. 1Open the Mirlo app
  2. 2Go to Settings (tap your profile icon)
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  4. 4Read the confirmation and tap to confirm

7-day grace period

After requesting deletion, your account enters a 7-day grace period. During this time your account is hidden from other users and you cannot interact with the app. If you log back in within 7 days, your deletion is automatically cancelled and your account is fully restored. After 7 days, your account is permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile — display name, username, bio, and profile photo
  • All posts and media you have shared
  • All direct messages and conversations
  • Your connection list
  • Your phone number and account credentials

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone after the 7-day grace period.

Need help or can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to your account or need assistance, email us and we'll process the deletion manually within 7 business days.
